The Administrative Committee meets on the second Thursday of each month at 3:00 p.m at City Hall. The committee discusses present and future administrative services. The Administrative Committee is made up of five elected officials: The Mayor, City Clerk, and three Council Members. The only non-elected member on the committee is the City Treasurer. While there are a total of six members, only the three Council Member's can cast motions and votes. The Mayor, Treasurer, and City Clerk often report on their current tasks at hand. Alderwoman Marshella Norell is the chair of the committee.
